With offices in the Pittsburgh, PA area, Virginia Beach, VA and Juneau, AK, we provide rapid mobilization of equipment and resources to project sites.

With over 40 construction professionals, we manage every stage of construction and design/build processes for federal task order projects and commercial contracts, as well as self-perform electrical contracting.
FSS’ project experience in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Oregon, West Virginia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia is diverse and includes new construction, renovations and alterations, maintenance and repair, and design/build delivery. Many projects meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® Silver, Gold, and Platinum standards for project certification.
With current annual revenues over $35 million, FSS delivers quality construction projects on time and within budget. We have bonding capacity of $20 million single project and $75 million aggregate and a SBA small business size standard of $36.5 million, providing FSS with substantial growth potential.
